This report discusses and implements a user centred design (UCD) approach for developing pervasive computing solutions. Designing a solution to provide a more engaging in-store experience for customers of a high street clothing store, this study analyses different methods and techniques utilised by UCD and implements an iterative prototyping and evaluation procedure.
