Yesterday, I discussed my paper prototyping article at the August meetup of Brum IxDA and we ended up talking about how Keynote and PowerPoint can be used to prototype UIs quickly and effectively.
Here is a video of a UI prototype that I developed for an assignment in my 2nd year. I utilised Keynote to create the UI and transitions.
The task was to create a kiosk system for students in all the main buildings around campus.
